Lilian has been a physiotherapist for 17 years and has been actively practising in the Philippines, the United States, and Canada. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from De La Salle University in 2004.
Eager to provide effective evidence-based care, she continued to pursue Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Michigan in 2018. She is also an American Physical Therapy Association Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy, Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult, and Geriatric Trained and Certified Clinical Specialist under Carol Lewis, PT.
