What's the difference between website maintenance and website management?
Maintenance is the technical stuff: updates, backups, security, uptime monitoring. Management adds content updates, SEO, analytics you can check in your portal, and ongoing improvements. Our $95/month covers full maintenance. We handle content changes without charging you hourly like most agencies do.
Do I really need website maintenance if my site is working fine?
Your site works fine until it doesn't. Outdated plugins create security holes hackers exploit daily. Hosting companies oversell servers until your site crawls. Themes break when site updates. Without monitoring, you find out your site is down when a customer tells you. Maintenance prevents fires instead of putting them out.

What platforms do you build on and maintain?
New builds use our own ultra-light stack: pure code, no backend, nothing to patch, nothing to hack. We also maintain existing client sites on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix, and can manage most other platforms. If you're on something unusual, just ask.
What if I want to cancel?
