Do you offer website management packages?
One package. $95 a month covers hosting, updates, security, backups, monitoring, your content changes and direct support from me. There’s no basic tier that leaves things out and no premium tier to upsell you into.
What's the difference between website maintenance and website management?
Maintenance is the technical stuff: updates, backups, security, uptime monitoring. Management adds content updates, SEO, analytics you can check in your portal, and ongoing improvements. Our $95/month covers full maintenance. We handle content changes without charging you hourly like most agencies do.
What is a managed website?
One where someone else handles the hosting, updates, security, backups and changes, so you never have to log in to fix anything. That’s what this plan is.
Do I really need website maintenance if my site is working fine?
Your site works fine until it doesn't. Outdated plugins create security holes hackers exploit daily. Hosting companies oversell servers until your site crawls. Themes break when site updates. Without monitoring, you find out your site is down when a customer tells you. Maintenance prevents fires instead of putting them out.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
There’s very little to hack. Your site has no plugins, no login page and no backend to break into. If something does go wrong, I put the last good version back the same day, usually within hours, and tell you what happened.
Can I maintain my website myself?

How quickly do you handle updates and fixes?
Your site is kept current continuously, not on a weekly schedule. Urgent fixes like downtime or security issues get handled the same day, usually within hours. Routine content updates have a 72-hour target; new pages and bigger changes get an agreed date. You work directly with me, not a junior staffer who’ll get to your ticket eventually.
Can you manage my existing WordPress, Wix or Squarespace site?
Not as it is. I don’t maintain sites on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix or other builders. I rebuild yours as pure, lightweight code, with no backend, nothing to patch and nothing to hack. I keep your content, redirect every old page, and then I look after the new site.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no notice needed. We hand over backup files, DNS records, and login credentials. You own everything from day one. Unlike agencies that lock you into year-long contracts or hold your site hostage, you walk away clean. No exceptions, no buyout, no balance.
How is this different from my hosting company's support?
Hosting companies provide server space and fix server problems. They don't update plugins, monitor performance, remove malware, or handle content changes.
