Small Business Websites With Online Booking

Most of your customers decide to book at 9pm, on the couch, with a phone in one hand. If your site makes them wait for office hours, a competitor who doesn’t gets the job. These 1827 sites let a stranger pick a time without talking to anyone.

Look at where the book button sits (almost always the header and the hero), how few steps the calendar takes, and what the site promises right beside it. Then ask whether your own site makes someone call during business hours to do the same thing.
