To add Google Analytics to your Squarespace website, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your Squarespace account and navigate to the website you want to add Google Analytics to.
2. In the Home Menu, click on Settings, and then click on Advanced.
3. Under the Advanced section, click on External API Keys.
4. In the Google Analytics section, click on Connect Google Analytics.
5. A pop-up window will appear asking you to sign in to your Google account. Sign in with the Google account associated with your Google Analytics.
6. After signing in, you’ll be prompted to allow Squarespace to access your Google Analytics account. Click on Allow.
7. Once you’ve allowed access, you’ll be redirected back to Squarespace. Select the Google Analytics property you want to connect to your website from the drop-down menu.
8. Click on Save to complete the setup.
9. Google Analytics is now connected to your Squarespace website. It may take a few hours for data to start appearing in your Google Analytics account.
