To create a drop-down menu on a Wix website, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Wix account and open the Wix Editor.
2. Navigate to the page where you want to add the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the “+” button on the left-hand side of the editor, then select “Menu & Anchor” from the options shown. Choose from the types of menus shown, then click the dropdown template you want to use.
4. A default menu will be added to your page. Click on it to open the menu settings.
5. In the menu settings panel, click on “Manage Menu” to edit the menu items.
6. To add new pages to the menu, click on “Add Page”. A modal will appear containing all the pages on your website. Click the page you want to add to the menu. You can also choose to add a new page to the website while also adding that page in the dropdown menu by clicking the “Blank Page” button.
7. To create a drop-down menu, click the button next to the “Add Menu Item” button located at the bottom part of the editor, then set the name of the drop-down menu.
8. To create a hierarchy, view the additional options of the menu item, then click “Subpage”. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop the subpage under the main page.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 to add more subpages and create a multi-level drop-down menu.
10. In the menu settings panel, customize the menu design by selecting different layouts, designs, and animations.
11. Preview your website to see the drop-down menu in action.
