To edit the footer on a Wix website, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Wix account and go to your website’s editor by navigating to your Wix site and then clicking “Edit Site.”
2. On Wix Editor, locate the footer. To add or remove elements in the footer, simply drag and drop them from the left-hand panel or delete them by right-clicking on the element the selecting “Delete.”
3. To edit the text in the footer, click on the text element then select “Edit text” to make the desired changes.
4. To add links, click on any element in the footer editor and select the link button. You can then choose where to link the element to.
5. To modify the footer further, double-click it. This will open the “Footer Design” editor.
6. Click “Customize Design.”
7. Make your desired changes to the footer’s fill color, opacity, layout, etc.
8. Once you are satisfied with the changes, click on the “Publish” button in the top right corner to make the edited footer live on your website.
Remember to preview your changes before publishing to ensure everything looks as intended.
